Japanese Workers Plan One Day Strike

On April 17th, Japan is entering “Shunto”, which is an annual wage negotiation between dockworker unions and employers, during which dockworkers go on strike for a day.

As a result of this strike, every port in Japan will be inoperable for 24 hours, beginning on Sunday morning.
