Google to Assist with Global Supply Chain Issues

Supply Chain Twin, a new industry solution that will coincide with the Supply Chain Pulse module was released by Google Cloud to help with supply chain issues plaguing companies.

The Supply Chain Twin will help companies collect date to keep better track of their retail stock, inventory and other disruptions as there is currently no platform in place that is helping companies have clear visibility of their supply chains.

Hans Thalbauer, Managing Director, Supply Chain & Logistics Solutions, Google Cloud stated, “Siloed and incomplete data is limiting the visibility companies have into their supply chains. The Supply Chain Twin enables customers to gain deeper insights into their operations, helping them optimize supply chain functions—from sourcing and planning, to distribution and logistics.”
